Vietnam — felt, not toured.
The Roastery Visit
"Tour a third-wave roastery, cup three single-origins side by side, learn what altitude does to flavor."
Two hours inside a working third-wave roastery with one of Vietnam's leading coffee roasters.

Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer. Until five years ago, almost none of it was specialty grade.
That is changing fast. We take you inside the roastery leading the change.
You'll see green beans from three different highland farms, watch a small-batch roast in real time, and cup all three side-by-side.
By the end you'll taste the difference altitude, processing, and roast level make on a single farm's beans.
