Vietnam — felt, not toured.
The Cup
"Cupping session with the head roaster. Take home 500g of beans you helped process."
The closing morning — a proper cupping of your own coffee, then home with a bag of beans that began with you.

The roasted beans rest overnight. By morning, they are ready.
The head roaster sets up a proper cupping — three coffees on the table, including yours. You cup blind, take notes, and discuss what you taste.
Then 500g of your beans, vacuum-sealed and labeled with your name, the harvest date, and tasting notes.
The drive back stops at two mountain viewpoints. The whole journey closes slowly.
